What’s the best kind of massage to get? De stressing preferably…?

I’ve been going through lots of changes again- job x 2 actually, school, boyfriend issues, household crap, bills, friends, and the list goes on! I’m settling into all this new stuff but I think i’ll stop freaking out if I go get a massage…it’s worth a shot! Is that rock massage any good? Or do you know of a certain massage that is best for de stressing?

in part it is your personal preference

if you have knots in your muscles you should go to a licenced Massage Therapist they can work them out for you although it will be painful while they are doing it.

if you just want to relax go to a spa that offers massage
see what they offer.

if you like heat the Hot Rock massage would work for you.
it is a combination of massage with hands and heated rocks are put at certain points to help relax your muscles.

a body molding is a Whole Body massage with oil
some places will offer scented oils
some have a fire place and relaxation music playing.

some places have water massage

just phone around to spas that are near you and see what they offer.
ask ??’s they are trained to know what works.

another thing to consider.
if you have trouble sitting still for an hour you might want to try one for 30 min’s so you do not get up tight before it is over.

also if you have not had any type of massage before you would only want one for 30 min’s to start with as you do not know how your body will respond
